As said in previous post, one of the moss dangerous and not healthy way to lose weight fast are crash diets, also known as hunger diets. Not once who ever stops those diets finds out that he or she is gaining back all those kilograms back quickly.

The immediate risk of those diets are exhausts, lack of energy and weakness. Do not forget – It is not recommended to lose weight drastically without consulting a doctor or a dietician whom can help you lose weight with balance and not drastically.
